I finally finished the baby girl quilt. I had doubts about it and wanted to make another one in pastel purple and green. After a shopping trip to all of our local fabric sources I had to give that idea up. So now I'm going to try to be happy with this quilt instead.
It's just doesn't look sweet and baby girlish enough to me. I also made it from my fabric stash which is mostly cast offs from my mom's stash. She likes different colors than I do!
Well, at least I love the light purple color of the baby blanket I knitted. After stressing about this quilt so much and almost crying at the fabric store(I was tired) I decided I was being pretty lame and it was time to just get over it. So I will.
