Sarah had a bday on the 14th. Here is her gluten free chocolate and banana S power cake. I used the chocolate cake recipe from Nourishing Traditions, placed a layer of sliced bananas on top and then frosted it with stevia sweetened whipped cream. My husband thought it needed a chocolate drizzle so he mixed up some water, cocoa powder and stevia to add to the top.

And then a few days later we had to work on a craft project with her.
