I'm feeling like I'm stuck in a rut. I did lift weights twice this week and increased my push-ups to 5. My tummy is bloated again and I think I might need to cut something out of my diet again. That's a little frustrating since I'm only eating about 12 different foods. I'm hoping it's just 'cause of my cycle. I'll lower my squash and fruit and see if that helps first. My husband says my hips are shrinking which is awesome but I would like my tummy to go down with them.
Next week I get to weigh and measure. I'm not looking forward to weighing. I know I have lost but it may not show up on the scale which drives me crazy.
I need to do some clothes shopping soon which will hopefully be fun and not annoying! I need dresses, skirts, tops and shorts. All of my clothes from last spring and summer are too big and I already donated them. My closet is clean and tidy since it doesn't have much left in it. I love getting new clothes but now is not a good time for the extra expense. I'm hoping for some good sales!
