A Down Week Fitness Wise
There was not much going on in my fit world this week. I had a headache most days so I didn't do much exercise besides keeping my step count up as high as possible and stretching each day. My shoulder is still hurting from overdoing the push ups and I hurt my upper back last weekend. I'm working on some mobility exercises I found here. Start here! My plan for next week is to walk 10,000 steps per day, stretch, do my tummy work, and do a mobility workout each day. As I regain strength in my back and shoulder I will add more.
Inch loss: I lost .25 inches. Weight loss: I lost .8 pounds but I'm still up a bit from my lowest weight.
What do you do when you are down with a sore body? I'm just doing what I can without hurting myself more. I am still much stronger than I was last year so I'm still ahead of the getting back in shape game.
