In no particular order:
1. Personal conviction
2. We want our children to be leaders not followers
3. We want them to be independent thinkers
4. We want them to have the confidence to do what is right even if it is not the popular option
5. So they will have the time and freedom to pursue their interests
6. I would be bored at home without them to keep me busy ; )
7. To teach them the life skills they will need as adults
8. To teach them our values
9. We are control freaks(over their education)
10. If it was good enough for our forefathers it's good enough for us!
