I lost .2 pounds from my lowest previous weight. I gained .25 inch in each lower thigh. I think the gain was from walking more this week. Let's see how I did with my last set of goals.
*Raw food at each meal Yes!
*Try sauerkraut Yes!
*Walk outside each day No, but I did walk around a lot more inside.
*Weights 2X Yes!
*More tummy work A tiny bit more.
*Try T-Tapp stretch No, I didn't even try it.
My goals for next week are:
*High intensity interval training 1x a week
*Weights 2x a week
*Take Milk Thistle and cod liver oil every day
*Continue eating more raw at each meal
*Go outside every day
I did a lot better with my sleeping this week and lost what I gained last week plus a little bit. I'm mostly sleeping for 9 hours. I need to go to sleep earlier as the light wakes me up in the morning. I use a sleep mask at night but I can still tell the sun is coming up in the morning. Our room is nice and dark at night when the moon is not out but I can't break the sleep mask habit. I started wearing one five years ago when I was suffering from insomnia during pregnancy and it helped me sleep normally again. A dark room is very good for restful sleep!
