Read Aloud Challenge November 3rd

I forgot, I'm also reading aloud a picture book to my youngest each day.

We are still reading The Horse and His Boy by C.S. Lewis.  I only read one chapter per day so we might not be done until next week.  I am also reading aloud our history lesson and Bible each day.  Does that count?  We are reading The Mystery of History Volume I.  When we remember to have evening devotions I'm reading from Making Brothers and Sisters Best Friends and my husband reads from Who is God and Can I Really Know Him?  We received Who is God? last year to review and are slowly making our way through it as a family.

I wish my Amazon Associates thing was working so I could easily share images of the books.  I'm too lazy to do it another way.  Is anyone else having the same problem?

I'm linking up with Debra at Footprints in the Butter for her Read Aloud Challenge.  Last week she commented that her favorite read alouds are usually a book she is reading now or has just finished.  After thinking about that I agree.  I love the feeling of being in another world as I read.  It is even better when you can read aloud with someone else and share that world together.  I don't know what I will do when I don't have any children at home to read to.  I guess I'll have to call a grandchild every day and read over the phone or read to my husband.  Read aloud is my favorite time of the day!

Any reading thoughts to share with me?
