My energy continues to improve every day and I'm feeling much better and almost normal! I have a little pain where the gallbladder was once in awhile but it is getting much better. I had headaches almost every day so I'm going to start my back stretches again in the morning. I will hopefully get a pedometer this weekend and then try to get 10,000 steps per day.
Weightloss: gained 2.9, I'm going to cut back on some carbs now that I can eat more fat. I'm not sure what else to do. I might track my calories to see if that's a concern now that I'm eating more.
Last week's goals:
-walk whether it's cold and windy or not at least two times outside of my yard! Yes, 4 days
-introduce new veggies, raw carrots yes, carrots, and lettuce raw, cooked onions, broccoli, and cauliflower
-more Tupler Technique exercises each day no, I tried one day and my incision hurt so I will wait 'till next week
-do the T-Tapp Primary Back Stretch at least once a day I did it one day but it also hurt my tummy so I will try again next week
Next week's goals:
-walk six days
-more raw veggies
-try tummy exercises
-try T-Tapp stretch
-light weight training 2x
