Tummy Shrinking Progress? Sort Of


My tummy measurement has not gone down!  I did figure out that I was probably stressing my abs by the way I was sitting in bed most evenings.  I'm not doing that anymore and I am being even more careful about how I do things.  I reviewed the DVD Wednesday which is when I realized I have been making it difficult to close the separation by what I was doing.


My husband and I checked my separation last night to see if it had changed.  Two inches above the belly button is coming together!  We can still feel a strong pulse there though.  The other two spots were the same.  I'm going to focus more on getting my lower abs to work when I do the exercises.  I can pull my upper abs in a lot more than when I started.  I should probably buy another splint to wear on my lower abs.  I think that would help.  I'm going to see what I can make to use for now.


Next week I start the head lifts and use a scarf to pull the muscles together when I do the seated exercises.  That should be interesting and possibly painful.
