
Even though I didn't do much besides walking I lost some weight and inches. I lost 2.6 pounds for the last two weeks. I lost .25" from my pecs, .5" from my hips and .25" from each upper arm.
Friday- 30 mins walk
Saturday- 15 mins walk
Sunday- rest
Monday- 25 min walk
Tuesday- messed up my back
Wednesday- 15 mins walk
Thursday- 60 min walk
I'm hoping to get back to my usual routine next week if my back isn't hurting too much.
