My two year old spent over half an hour each day last week playing with his box of stuff. He places stickers onto the box, dumps out his treasures and plays with them.
I'm going to keep all of the little things in one box and change the contents of their boxes every few days so they won't get bored.
These little guys have been having fun each morning sharing my desk and working on activities. It makes it a little difficult for me to concentrate on my work but that's o.k., after all, they really are my most important job and many of the other things can wait. I have found that when I give my time to my children in the morning I end up with more time to myself later. You have to fill up their little mommy tanks a few times a day after which they will be content to work and play on their own or with their siblings.
