I had good results but not as much exercise as I hoped for the week. The children are finishing the week with a cold which I felt a little yesterday so we didn't take more than one walk this week and again we didn't get out for a bike ride. So here's the breakdown.
Friday- walked 30 min, BWO+(T-Tapp)
Saturday- walked 15 minutes
Tuesday- walked 16 minutes
Total loss of 3 inches!
