T-Tapp Update
Did I survive my 7 day Basic Workout Plus boot camp? Yes. I am not going to share my measurements but I will tell you whether I gained or lost in each area. I am measuring as instructed by Ms. Tapp in her book, Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes.
Measurements:
Bust 0
Pecs -.5
Ribs -.75
Waist 0
Abs -.5
Hips -.5
Upper thighs-
Right 0
Left -.5
Lower thighs-
Right 0
Left -.25
Calves-
Right -.25
Left -.5
Upper arms-
Right -.25
Left -.25
Total -4.25 inches!
I don't think I was tucking and bending as much on my right leg as I did with my left. My right knee is strange so I must not have been pushing it out as much as I did the left knee. I did notice that my left ankle was sore but my right was not so that should help me figure it out.
Teresa does mention that you should wait a few days between your boot camp and measuring because you might have some muscle swelling which will go down. I am very happy with my loss considering I finished my boot camp yesterday before lunch and it hasn't even been 24 hours since I exercised.
I want to lose 2-3 dress sizes so now I get to do the Basic Workout Plus every other day.
