Fit Mommy Friday Week 1


I just heard about this and joined Wednesday.  Since I am STILL getting back to normal from my foot surgery a month ago I chose to do level one.  On level one you should do one mild form of exercise everyday.  I'm counting my daily gardening or mowing the lawn as my exercise.  I also plan to walk for about 15 minutes at least once a week.  For my nutrition goal I will try to eat breakfast before 9:30 every morning.  I've gotten into the bad habit of checking email before I eat so that makes my breakfast pretty late some mornings.  My last goal is to do my back stretches each day.
