It is difficult to get a good picture of a guinea pig. She gained 7 ounces last week. We also felt her babies kicking through her tummy. From what I have read she is due in 1-3 weeks.
Here she is in her container after being weighed. She has almost doubled her weight. Poor little piggy. She begs for fresh greens many times during the day.
We hope she has her babies before or after our next trip to Roswell, not while we are gone. Nathan got a birthday gift that keeps on giving.
