My husband and I are going to an evening event next weekend. I wanted a cute purse to take but we are saving for a trip to Cali in November so I decided to see what I could make. Here is the first one. It's supposed to be a little tote bag but I made the handles longer. My lighting is bad in this picture. The linen is really a nice dark black. The tote is reversible. I liked the black bag a lot but I'm planning to wear a dark blue skirt with a white blouse, so it was the wrong color. What a great excuse to try out another free design. 
I love this one. It is cute! Not perfectly happy with my choice of button and tassel beads but, oh, well, I still like it a lot.

Now I need to finish bloomers for the girls and then make some pillowcases for our bed. I'm thinking some cute ones in a heart pattern.
