Then we cross the road. Oh, the excitement.
Now we have turned to our left. I'm always getting pretty warm by now and there is a nice cool breeze coming over the acequia to cool me off. See those little specks up ahead. Those are my boys. They have gotten bored with our slow pace and run ahead.
We pass some green alfalfa fields and some horses. I was going to get a pic of the horses but it was feeding time and I didn't want the owners to think I was up to something. Very pretty horses. I'll try to stop by for a pic another day.
And now we are almost home. Yeah, we made it.
I love living in the country but still only a few minutes from the big city.
