It's starting to heat up here. I go out and work in the garden for an hour and then I am demotivated for the rest of the day. I just want to sit on the couch with a few books and some iced tea.
We have been getting all of our schoolwork finished each day and having a nice read aloud time. We finally finished The Wind in the Willows. We are going to read Paddington next.
So that is about all I've been up to this week. Oh, and training the pup. She is doing really well walking on leash and knows the command sit. I'm going to teach her hand signals along with words for sit, speak, down, etc. As long as we wear her out in the morning and again in the afternoon she keeps her little chompers to herself and sleeps.
